Climb2Glory was founded in January of 2018 by partners Sam Johnson, Ted Reich, and Pat Mangin. Established following more than 75 years of combined experience in the U.S. Army and 21 years of combined experience at Fortune 100 companies, Climb2Glory leverages the successes our team has achieved throughout their military and professional careers for the success of those we serve, no matter the application or challenge.
We believe that every client is truly a member of our organization. We are a team-focused consulting partner, meaning that we work side-by-side with you — guiding and advising you on best practices, strategy development and implementation, and more. While we’ll work with you on your important initiatives, we remain available to you at any time to support your business as needs change and new opportunities arise.
Above all, we live by Duty, Honor, Country every single day. This mantra, developed through our experiences in the U.S. Army, means we’re committed to the success of our relationship with you and doing what’s best for your business at all times.

A SDVOSB is a company that is at least 51% owned and controlled by a service-disabled veteran. The U.S. government sets aside contract opportunities for SDVOSBs, providing them with opportunities to support the country they’ve served in new ways. We’re proud to partner with SDVOSBs to help them identify government contract opportunities as well as to support their overall business growth goals.
In addition to partnering with veteran-owned businesses, Climb2Glory is also doing our part to stimulate the economic growth of the communities in which we operate. In particular is the Aerozone Alliance — a 15.5-mile district around the Cleveland Hopkins Airport and NASA Glenn Research Center. The Aerozone Alliance seeks to create 50,000 high-paying technical jobs in this area and its communities. Learn more about the Aerozone Alliance and its mission here.
As veterans ourselves, we understand the opportunities available to veterans and are committed to helping those who’ve served achieve their goals while supporting veteran-focused agencies and organizations. We support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the USO, and the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. We encourage everyone to contribute and support the men and women who make sacrifices for the cause of freedom every day.
